The May WHO meeting is this Monday, May 20th. Doors open at 7, business starts at 7:30. Note this is a week earlier than usual as the 4th Monday is Memorial Day.
Mike and Douglass will present on mash tuns with a hands on demonstration. We're having a coffee table discussion on dry hopping. So bring your dry hop techniques and your questions. This will be very useful for our inter-club IPA competition at the June meeting.
